Loudermilk Construction just completed an outdoor staircase for us and we couldn't be happier. Bob was up-front and accurate through the whole process, his crew was great to have aboard, and they showed great respect for both our privacy and property. The design and craftsmanship are excellent, so I hope that they are equally as proud of this project as we are.

Unfortunately, we had an extremely poor experience with Bob and his team. I was out of the country while they were repairing water damage on my rental unit. In one of the upper (unaffected) bedrooms, I had a plethora of personal belongings that I was storing during transition. As I returned home, I found that two of my LED TVs and a very expensive acoustic guitar had been stolen. These items were tucked away in a closet, so not readily visible. Items that were readily visible were not touched. There was also no forced entry into the home.
