Every time you dry clothes in your dryer you create lint, and while it's all supposed to get caught in the lint filter, the reality is it doesn't. Some of the lint passes into your dryer's vent duct where it will end up costing you money (because your dryer has to work harder) and it could even become a fire hazard.

I was introduced to SN through my home warranty company. After seeing the 1.2 star review I was concerned. However, I must say they showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the problem very quickly, ordered the correct part ( computer board for refrigerator ) came back when they said they would, and completed repair very quickly. Saved our Thanksgiving. Thank you Slava. I will say that Slava is a very busy person and sometime may come across as being short, but that is just his personality in my opinion. The man knows his stuff.

I had just moved into my new home and I was cursed by my home warranty company to use these crooks. My appointment was for 3 appliances. This was 03 December. He came out and kinda fixed one and was going to order the parts for the others. It is now 18 January, and im still waiting. Call backs are always with the response that he will have to call me when he gets to his shop, but of course he never does. Here we are 45 days later, still no call back. Never. Not even once. I contact my home warranty and it turns out the SOB lied to them and said the work was completed and he already got paid. Im

Slava was dispatched to our home through our home warranty to repair a broken dishwasher. Speaking on the phone with him was frustrating as he lacks any semblance of customer service. He would shout at me and speak over me on the phone when I asked questions. When the parts finally arrived, he was quick to call and come out. However, during the repairs his phone would ring off the hook and he would swear loudly even thought my young children were upstairs trying to do remote learning. This repair guy was sent thru my warranty service. I just move into a newly purchased home. The dryer was taking too long to dry. The guy show up and says it’s because I have to pull the dryer out away fro the wall every time. I did not think that was an acceptable ans. Different type of vent? Shorter vent? No he does not take care of vents.he did not unhook vent to clean it.😠👎🏼

That Slava is a tricky one. If you fill out their online form for a 10% discount, not only will you not see a discount but you are guaranteed to have them show up. I unfortunately read these reviews after filling the online form out. I was called in a timely manner and originally got a quote over the phone for $130 for a replacement ice maker and $99 to install it. I said I would think about it, but then called another repair business because of the reviews. Slava showed up and when asked if he was with the second repair business I called, he said yes. Today Slava showed up to help us with our dryer. The dryer was not heating up properly. After taking apart the dryer and finding out the issue(the heating element) he quoted us a price of $274.18 for the repair. While having a few similar parts pulled up on my computer, I asked him how much the part itself cost, and he told me $130. He also told me that the parts on my computer were nothing like the part that we needed. I also asked him how long it would take him to repair it and he said about 30 minutes. This means that the remainder of the cost would be $144.18 for labor. At that rate, the cost
