The good people at Bell are not only professionals but caring. Our gas was turned off due to a leak. We had planned to switch to an air source heat pump, but it was winter, a time when you do not want to undertake such an endeavor. Seeing our situation of no heat, Bell’s Giovanni and George worked to find us a system and get it installed as soon as possible. To our relief, as Giovanni promised, it was a matter of weeks, not months, which was no simple thing given supply chain issues which other vendors found daunting. Bell is outstanding at what they do, but this review is for Coleen who schedules, answers phones, and delivers the friendliest, most competent customer service I have ever experienced. She's a total gem. They are very luck to have someone so bright and caring in this customer focused position. Kudos to her and to Bell for recognizing how important this position is!

The folks at BELL Heating are good at what they do. Very reliable with service calls and the service technicians are always on time and very courtious who take the time to explaine exactly what they're doing during a service call. Contacted the company for a few important projects at my home. The company sent someone to conduct an estimate on my repairs and I was advised they would email me with the written estimates. However, i received no response after the visit. I even reached back out to the company to remind them I was waiting for an estimate to which they said they would get back to me. Unfortunately, again, I received no other response or info. Very disappointing.

Bell had installed a Bosch heat pump / AC on 9/24/2021. it didn't sync to my furnace ( for the lack of pushing a button, that was it). so on Monday Bell sent out Chris, Ari and Demetri. They fixed the issue in a matter of minutes but also stayed to run the whole system through it's paces. They also took the time to explain all about the heat pump and what the expectations should be. They are patient, competent, courteous and professional. They are a real asset to their company. Thank you gentleman.
