I could not be more satisfied with Jeff. Very knowledgeable and his work is impeccable. Jeff was able to work me into his schedule very expeditiously and it was much appreciated as he had to change out my Navien combo and installed a more efficient Navien unit.

I am so happy we called them for service on our Navien system. To begin, they came out on a Sunday when we had no heat or hot water and got the system working again and explained what caused the problem. Poor design and installation of the system by the original installer. He pointed out key missing parts like the missing intake manifold.
They replaced the mother board, fan and fixed the incorrect install of the venting.
If you own a Navien system look no further. Best customer service, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

I was referred to J. Griffin by another plumber who was booked up, so I called for an emergency repair of a pipe. Jeremy picked up right away (on a Sunday, no less!) and helped me out of a jam. His team was able to come out the next day and fix a section of old, damaged and leaky drain pipe. His repair team was fantastic, professional and friendly! Jeremy is the guy you definitely want to work with--I'd recommend him and his team in a heartbeat to anyone who needs quality work done. Jeff and his sons were amazing with their install of a new tankless water heater. They accommodated a quick turn around to install since we had family coming that weekend. Additionally they are extremely knowledge and professional. In the end, their install looked like a work of art and has cut our time to hot water in half.

We hired J Griffin to install a whole-house water filtration system on our townhouse. They were great to work with and did a wonderful job installing our filters. The installation put some extra stress on our old water heater and it started leaking slowly. They promptly repaired the heater leak, which will hold us over while we search for a new unit. I was looking to move my washing machine from the basement to the first floor. After contacting Angie's List I receiver a call from Jeremy Griffin. He stopped by to look at the job and within a week he and Jared were back at my house to do the job. They were very professional, and polite. They worked hard and got the water lines moved up to the first floor. I was so happy over the work they did, I plan on using them to replace my heating system. BRAVO!!!!!!!

We had Jeff perform a full system conversion from oil to propane. Our old oil furnace had finally died and we needed a replacement. I called Jeff to give us a quote on a new system and after learning our system was down he arrived the same day to give us an estimate. Jeff recommended we switch to the more efficient and modern propane system.… Working with Jeff was nothing short of seamless and effortless. I would recommend this company to any one who wants the best for there money. The job was scheduled for a certain date and it was finished exactly the time they said it would be done. from start to finish I was well informed what to expect and my questions were answered above and beyond my expectation. The work they did was done neatly and very professionally and when they were done they cleaned and swept making it look like they were never there. this is a top notch company with competitive prices.
