The work that Santilli Construction did for me was beyond 5-star!
Starting with John Santilli, everything done was impeccable. Starting with the demolition which i thought would be horrendous as far as debris and dust etc. because of the way they thought out the process, turned out to be of minimal consequence. Such care was given to protect everything that afterwards, i hardly had to clean up anything really. They were so very careful about that.
And the remodeling was the same. Everyone that was brought in on the project was expert in their field, timely, and extremely respectful and courteous

John and team remodeled our kitchen, combining three small rooms and a half bath into a wonderful space that we love. He overcame uneven ceilings and numerous other old home issues to deliver a very thoughtful end product that met and exceeded all of our desires. He’s a very good partner to his client, being a good listener who offers options, but keeps you anchored to what’s possible and won’t waste your time and project costs.
