In 2013 Dan Greenspun founded Penn Construction & Design, although, the company was initially named "Free House Work" and had a different concept & vision. Dan and his team built a fantastic mud room for us and redesigned our family room Their ideas were incredible and the craftsmanship was top notch. They were always on time, finished fast and were responsive. We also have young kids and his team was very friendly with them and allowed them to watch and converse. I highly recommend Penn

When we purchased our house 2 years ago, we had a contractor replace a picture window with a bay window. After a year, it began to leak. We called Penn Construction & Design to inspect the problem. Dan Greenspun advised us that the bay window should have had a roof over it to keep rain from sitting in and eventually saturating the exposed top. Penn D & C not only repaired the damage, but built an attractive roof that perfectly matched the house over the bay window. We are now dry and again enjoying the view.

These guys did a great job! We had three companies come in and provide us with a quote, and Penn Construction not only gave us the best quote, but they made helpful recommendations, and did more work than either other contractor offered to do. The men were on time, professional, clean, and knocked out a huge job in two days. Very glad we found these guys!
