This being the original Peskin Realty, started in February of 1958 by Colman J. Peskin, Peskin Realty & Construction, Inc. was first located in West Philadelphia before relocating to Wynnewood, PA in 1965. The company began with the construction of apartment building in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Berks counties.
Property Management is a cornerstone of our business. With Certified Property Managers (CPM) and a very experienced professional staff, we oversee a large portfolio of properties. Our emphasis is on commercial properties such as neighborhood and strip shopping centers, central business districts, retail stores, and office buildings.
