We customize a detailed quality control program for every project focusing on the design, preparatory, initial and follow-up phases for your building. Preplanning efforts are critical to a project's success and this process begins early in the design phase.
Communication within a team is critical on every project. At iiCON, we make accessing project information easy and centralized for our project team through the use of dedicated project websites. Our team has access to the as-built contract drawings, schedule updates, requests for information, change documents, submittals, quality control plans, deficiency items, and safety planning throughout the life of the project.
Even the best of preplanning efforts can be taken off track if the schedule does not reflect the true critical path and proper logic ties. We not only assign dates to project activities, but also match the resources of equipment, materials and labor with project tasks over time. Our goal is to eliminate waste and inefficiency on all of our projects.
Project Closeout efforts begin early at iiCON so that when the project is complete and ready for acceptance by our clients, everything necessary to use their new space is complete and has been approved. This includes receiving all final documentation, validating that punch lists are completed, and maintenance staff are properly trained on the newly installed systems.
