I’m a realtor and had a home we were concerned may have mold when a leak was discovered during inspections. Bob came out the next day, looked everything over and determined there was no mold! Very fast and efficient, plus he explained everything which was great so I could relay to my clients!

After many problems with insurance, I made the call to Express to get a mitigation company in to prevent more damage to our damaged kitchen. Bob showed up to assess the damage and immediately squeezed us in to make sure we were taken care of. Even with constant problems with insurance, Bob was patient and understanding. Overall, it was a great experience all around with him and his company. I wish I could say the same for the insurance company.

Bob & his team are great to deal with! Bob was at our home within an hour of us contacting him, which definitely exceeded my expectations.
Bob inspected the water damage from our hot water heater in the attic and was able to walk us thru the process. Our damage was minimized because of Bob's quick response and remediation process.

We are currently using Express Restoration for water damage to our home. The Owner/Bob came out in less than an hour to assess our situation, he was extremely patient with us. He took a lot of time to address our concerns and be honest with us about what we were facing, and how he could help. This was our first experience with a restoration company, as a burst pipe in our closet forced us to use this service in an attempt to salvage our brand new carpet. I found the water last Tuesday night, and although a lot of these restoration companies advertise 24/7 service, many of them don't pick up the phone outside of normal business hours.

They did a great job cleaning my carpeting for the whole house and the back porch tiles. They explained exactly how they were going to clean everything and told me not to hesitate to call if any spots cropped back up after they left. They did a spotless work. We had a flood in our house due to a failed valve in our washer. I had no idea who to call and found Express online. Called Bob and he had a crew at my house in about 30 minutes. He talked to my wife and walked her through the conversation with the insurance company. They set up all the extraction equipment and came by every day to monitor the humidity levels and see if they were going to be able to save the wood floors. They took the equipment away after 3 days and now he's going to help us with the repairs and also deal with the insurance company. I'll update after all of the repairs
