Chris & his team have been incredible!!! They made sure everything was dry, made contact with the contractors to do the other work. Dealt with the insurance. They truly saved me alot of headache & stress while we were out of our home for 2 1/2 weeks. I highly recommend them & feel like we've made new friends!!! These are the best people I’ve ever had to deal with!!! This has been the hardest time for us having our hot water tank burst while we were out of town. Servepro made a very difficult experience go as smooth as possible. The project manager Jacob, was always accessible and knowledgeable. The chief crew Ross was such a hard worker and made sure I was satisfied with everything that they did. The Servpro of West Oklahoma City team went above and beyond in helping me in time of crisis. Half my house flooded and I called in desperate need of professional help. Chris and his team gave me great advice on how to get ahead of further damage until the crew could get to my location. They showed up ready to go to work, we minimized damages in the house and got the home restored in a few days! I never had to deal with a home flooding before, but these guys really came through. We don't know what we would have done , had SERVPRO of West Oklahoma City not helped us out! Our entire first floor of our house was flooded and our basement was filled with 6" of water. Didn't realize the ice maker line could cause so much water !Even at 11pm, they answered the phone, and showed up within an hour! They pulled up and got right to work. We are so thankful for Chris and Trenton ! We will definitely use them again, even though we pray we don't have to. Definitely recommend

A few Weeks ago my wife went down to the basement to put something down there. Now, our basement is not an area that we visit very frequently. I keep a lot of my guitars and amplifiers and keyboards down there, on the rare occasion I feel like being musical. So it had probably been a week or two since we last visited the basement.
