These guys are horrible!!! STAY AWAY!!! I’ve paid them for 3 months of pool cleaning service which they’re supposed to come every week to clean. They’ve come maybe 4 or 5 times and they have a lame excuse every time they don’t come. You would expect them to make it up by knowing that the longer you wait the worse the pool will get but they keep delaying and will not come for weeks. I should’ve seen the red flag from the very first month but they kept promising they would get better. The pool is always green, the filter broke which they charged me $600 to repair, and so much more headache

I spoke to Sean regarding my pool heater and the service light coming on. He told me to just increase the flow and that should take care of it. I appreciate the honesty as other companies wanted to charge me a hefty service fee likely to come out and just increase the flow, something any person can do.

We cannot say enough great things about CK Pools. We were having lots of issues with another company and CK Pools saved our pool. Claudio and Sean have been consistently reliable and have changed our pool from being green and full of algae to something beautiful and safe to enjoy all summer long. Both Claudio and Sean are extremely knowledgable and know exactly what to do to get your pool where it needs to be. Our family could not be happier with our weekly service and repairs as needed.

I was handed over to CK pools when the pandemic started because Pool Knights stopped servicing my area. They were good and reliable until this last month. Sean Nankini the owner switched my pool tech with one of the worst I have ever dealt with in over 9 years of pool ownership. The new tech skipped a day of service because he could not locate the gate key that Sean should have informed him of. I asked Sean to refund the week and he never did. Sean and his team have been taking care of our pool for some time now. Occasionally we see different techs come out but no matter which one is here that day, our pool is always sparkling. We have a more advanced pool control system (the Hayward Omnilogic) and all of the techs understand its functionality and properly use the system. Our former pool care company sold their clients to Sean and his team. I was leery about the transition, but have never been left disappointed. We recently have a new tech who is fresh out of training and his attention to detail is superb. The quality and price are outstanding

I dont normally do reviews, but I feel it is my duty to tell my community about this company. If I could not rate this company I would give a ZERO! Don't use this guy/Sean, for any pool repairs! He gives an incomplete bid, YOU HAVE TO BUY stuff your pool needs (skimmer and main drain cover) and he added a charge for the plumber! He is a contractor that doesn't communicate with his client except thru text! He didn't even contact us to reschedule for the plumber (and you can see those picture!)
