Nice staff. I waited about 2 months or longer waiting on their quote but it never happened. Do not waist people time. So so very UNPROFESSIONAL

I had a $3000 order for glass doors and ran into many problems. Took over a month for the parts to come in. When they finally had an appointment scheduled to install the glass, they called me the morning of installation day (after I had requested off of work) to tell me they threw my glass in the garbage on accident. I then tried to cancel my order since I did not trust this company, and was told I was unable to cancel my order and that if I cancelled my order I would not be refunded the $3000. So I had absolutely no choice but to continue with the project and they offered absolutely no discount

UPDATE: A few hours after posting my review, Arco Glass called to apologize and scheduled someone to fix the damage immediately. I was glad to have the issue resolved. I will definitely use them again.
