Extremely TERRIBLE customer service! No follow up or accountability - from the owner of all people. My parents paid in full for a bedroom set as well as other pieces of furniture back in October. Was told would be about 6-8 weeks for delivery. No call ever to tell us furniture in. Finally in JANUARY I call to get delivery update - oh yeah they say - it's been in for a few weeks ... so then when they finally get around to delivering it - they now notice that they are missing a nightstand! Turns out they NEVER ordered it back in October and when they got furniture in they did not do a

I purchased a mattress, box spring, and cover from here and after less than 3 years it had such a dip in it, it was nearly impossible to sleep in. The warranty claim was denied from the mattress company (Oregon Mattress Company) Because they stated the frame had to be metal, and my frame is a well built, solid cherry frame, with steel corner brackets and solid cherry slats.
I feel the store should have pointed out what was needed to be done to maintain a warranty, and not display mattresses that aren't on wood frames. Neither the mattress company would budge on this and the owner failed to get

Purchased a mattress 2 weeks ago. Told it would take 3 days. Went by Thursday to check on status and the younger gentleman attempted to call for an update and said he "couldn't get through" and would try later and call me back with an update. It is now Sunday and still no word!!!! Once we get this mattress, we will not be using Lewis again!!! If Mom & Pop/small businesses want to compete with the service at major retailers, they apparently need to step up their game!!!

Very , very poor customer service. did not get the furniture by the time promised and he never even apologized. when it finally came weeks later, he wanted to wait another week to deliver it. when I said just cancel it because I was tired of waiting he said would get it to me today then hung up on me. What retailer hangs up on a customer? seriously?? I spent over 1200.00. you would think he would be nice.

No this furniture store does not sell good quality furniture. I bought a bed like 2-3 years ago from here, soon after purchase it started making annoying loud noises when rolling or moving and got a lil stiff and uncomfortable. A friend of mine told me about a reclining chair he bought from here and complained it was already falling apart (I don't know how long he's had it for) but he warned me not to buy from here and I didn't listen, I figured I'd try the place myself to give it a chance but a lil mistake I made. Do yourself a favor and look someplace else!
