This guy is a scam. I lost my keys in Mission Bay on a 2020 Honda Accord Sport. I called four different places and all quoted me 229, 279, 290 and 290 respectively. When this guy arrived, he raised that quote to $600 stating it’s an “OEM” key. Oh and he offered to “shave” the key as well. After a conversation with another locksmith, he stated his offer was outrageous.
So when he went back and called his main contractor, “the contractor” stated to ask him to charge me 300 instead of 600. I went ahead and agreed because he was already there working and it wasn’t that much of a difference
