Scott and his crew were extremely professional. They installed a wood grain stamped concrete patio and fire pit, as well as my front stoop and steps. The finished product looks amazing, we have received so many compliments. He also worked with my roof contractor to make sure he installed the footers in the correct location.

Scott and his crew did a dyed stamped concrete patio and firepit area in my backyard. I have nothing but positive things to say. Scott kept me up to date with timing (rainy year meant adjustments and Scott kept me up to date throughout). Pricing was reasonable. The work that was done was superb. My patio is gorgeous and Scott and his crew were professional and diligent in their work. Scott was here for the entire thing.

My father was in need of a new retaining wall, sidewalk and driveway. I'm so grateful i was referred to Baird Construction. My father couldn't be happier with the results. They are reasonably priced & the owner, Scott was extremely professional, respectful & precise about his work! The workers are very kind & responsible as well. They finished in a timely manner. Scott was unprofessional in every way. He flip flopped on prices and what needed to be done for our project. Every time that I talked to him, I had to remind him of what we agreed upon. Even as far as sending copies of the contract and designs pics. He would not give us an exact start date for the longest time. In spite of my gut instinct, we hired him and then he would not come to do the work the week that it was supposed to be completed. There may be a reason there are no other reviews for him. Do not hire him.

Scott did an amazing job and is truly a master when it comes to concrete work and design. He worked with us to come up with the best design for our new driveway and sidewalk so the entire layout would fit our existing landscape. Very professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him for future projects. Highly recommend!

Scott Baird of Baird Construction is the best of the best! I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! He first did our fire pit and retaining wall and then we loved it so much we also hired him to do our front walkway and porch and a large back patio with stamped concrete and it looks absolutely gorgeous!! We were so impressed with his work and we have had people stop at our house to ask who did the work because they wanted to hire him also. As for the other review that he was not professional, I frankly think it’s just not accurate. Scott is not only a professional but is the hardest worker

Scott does excellent work. His workmanship is superior to any other concrete and patio builder I have ever seen. His attitude to please is refreshing. He will accommodate to the customer for whatever they want. We highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable and for the quality you cannot beat it . Hands down... best in his area. Scott was unprofessional in every way. He waffled more about price and about what was planned in the contract than are served at Waffle House. He set a price, raised the price, took forever to give us a start date, and then didn't show up to do the job.
It got ugly in the end. He basically called me dumb and crazy. What business person does that?
Look for other positive reviews. There aren't any. If he is so busy, why aren't there more reviews? He's not a business person. Please run away!
