At 930 at night this man answered his phone and helped me diagnose my issues and helped me find my clean out. All while on the phone. The customer service and just general desire to help someone was amazing. I will use this man anytime I need plumbing services. I wish more people were like this. Thank you so much, you helped a tired dad out. Now our 4 kids can use the bathroom and take showers. You are a blessing.

Sunday morning I called to have someone come take a look at my smelly aerobic system, the smell was worse than it had ever been. Before I knew it Tim was here to take a look at the problem for me. He took the time to open my system up and start explaining how this all worked. For the last two and a half years the company I previously used never even tried to help me understand the money pit they call aerobic systems. Tim throughly checked everything out and had me fixed up within the hour at his normal business rate which is the same on the weekend as it is through the week.

We had a problem with a diffuser and the pump out tank in our aerobic system. I called T&V after a couple very unpleasant experiences with other local service providers. I got a lightning quick response and service was out the next day, even made sure that the time was convenient for me. My issue was fixed quickly and at a very fair price, much lower than other quotes I had received. I was not up-sold or pushed towards unnecessary options.
