Super honest, they came out very quickly when they heard it was an emergency and then did not charge me after looking in my tank and deciding the issue was with my central plumbing being clogged and advise me to take care of that first and then call them back. Very rare to find that level of integrity.

I’m glad I called Bob at Able Septic. I had a company out of Tulsa come to diagnose my lateral line problem and they said to jet the lines would cost about $6000. I thought that was crazy so I looked up other companies and found Able. Bob took his time with me on the phone to try to get as many details as possible then he came out to look at my problem and he came up with a plan and what we could encounter once he started digging. He wanted to try the line jetting and it would be around 2500-3000. After digging he found out that our lines were full of tree roots and it would be best to install

I paid $175 for a 30 minute inspection that was hours later than appointment with a lack of notice of tardiness until I called them to find out why he wasn't there. When he did show up later, his report did not contain what was asked for when appointment was made, recommended an unnecessary pumping and investigative dig work, and supplemental report I had to call again and ask for was a vague paragraph essentially saying "I don't know, I'd have to dig it up to figure it out." He was, however, able to tell me the costs to repairs. Second opinion the next day revealed no issues, to the point the

They were very fast on coming out, replaced our sprinkler heads since they weren't rotating anymore, a lid, and cleaned all 3 tanks out. Gave some helpful tips on maintaining the system ourselves as well...highly recommended! Also they beat other companies by $50 for cleaning out all 3 tanks! We will be calling them back when need be again!

I just bought a house with an aerobic system and know nothing about them. I knew there was something going on with my system that needed to be checked. After lots of research and getting nowhere I found the number to ABLE and gave them a call. Bob is such a nice guy and easy to work with, he tried troubleshooting with me over the phone and help me find the issue instead of just spouting off a price just to come look at it.
