The team from Kodiak came out when my air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working and I cannot say enough about how great they were. The owner, Tom, came out to assess the problem and he knew right away what was wrong. Somehow something (maybe a rock) had damaged the aluminum coils beyond repair. Tom went over my options and in the end the most cost effective choice was to replace the unit as repairing the coils is very difficult due to their low heat point. After doing some research I agreed that replacing the unit was the best option. I never felt pressured or unsure about his assessment and

The service I wanted was getting my vents clean and servicing my furnace. Work was “finished” a few weeks back, and here is my experience.
I had an appointment later in the day, at 2pm, so I wouldn’t have to take time off from work. The day of the appointment they called me and asked to start 2 hours sooner since these “jobs” take 4.5 to 6 hours to complete. I now had to use personal time for work since they “needed” to start sooner. After
