Happy I found these guys. Tyler spent all the time I needed to walk me through the process and explain everything along the way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They are honest, reliable and fair and that is all you can ask for. Josh and Tyler made the installation efficient, the set up was smooth. this business is closed dwn now from what tyler told me yesterday.
unfortunately i must give my honest review on my system.
poor quality and no voice. nyou are better off getting ring cameras. better quality picture by far and has voice.
the unprofessional treatment i received from tyler i didn't expect as i did a factory reset on my iphone and deleted my camera icon so i couldn't veiw my cameras on my phone.
being handicapped i really needed this working.
called and spoke to tyler and gound out steve owner died. tho he said he was going to help

FOUND OUT BUSINESS CLOSED AS UNFORTUNATELY OWNER STEVE PASSED AWAY.

We have been working with Smart Security for a little over a year now - and they are by far the best company to work with. Quality equipment, extremely professional and great pricing. Our facility now has about 20 cameras with a nice monitoring station. Would recommend these services to anyone looking to add/upgrade their security system.

I don't write reviews like this very often, and if I do you have to really earn it! Steve and Tyler certainly earned it. These guys had the highest level of professionalism and integrity I have dealt with to date. I had them do a pretty involved install of CCTV cameras and security system in the home I just bough and I couldn't be happier.
They played no games and even suggested areas where we could save money by making little changes to our plans.

I would have to add my applause to this company and its work. I had some security cameras installed improperly by another firm and they weren't working correctly. I asked Smart Security to come out and do it right. I could tell from the get-go that these guys know what they are doing. They immediately corrected improper cabling that was causing the problems and also adjusted the settings to work better. My security system is now working perfectly. The views through all cameras are excellent. It is hard to find good tradespeople in AZ but these guys are excellent in what they do. They

I had a fabulous experience with Smart Security, in Gilbert, AZ. Steve and Tyler did a great job installing the system and educating me on how to use the system. If you're in the market for a surveillance system and or alarm you need to call Smart Security. I purchased my home with an existing 20 year old alarm and surveillance system . After reading a bunch of reviews from different companies and calling around I quickly realized most "security" companies are only interested in getting you to sign long contracts with alarm packages.

Searched extensively and interviewed several Arizona alarm companies to install alarm system, that included cameras, keypad locking systems, etc. A previous owner of a national alarm company and there is no comparison! Not all of them will complete all the features needed and also wanted a quality company that stands by their products and services. Steve and his crew have years of experience servicing satisfied customers. Steve installed security cameras for me about a year ago. They are good quality and come with a 2 year warranty. He is very responsive when you have questions or concerns after the cameras are installed. Great service! And good quality.
Originally I tried buying Best Buy cameras and they were grainy and had poor signal. If you want quality talk to Steve!
My only wish is that the camera data stored to the cloud rather than DVR.

Yes, your company--SMART Security Systems--had me sign a contract for SAFE Security despite knowing fully well how horrible that company is. You told me on the phone and you have indicated in your response to my review that you have not signed anyone up for SAFE Security in the past year or so and yet when I checked your company's website, I saw that you continue to flaunt an advertisement for SAFE Security and being part of their dealer program. Just bought a house in Phoenix and after reading all the Yelp reviews, decided to go with Smart Security. Met with Steve to review the existing alarm (ADP) and see what we could re-use and what needed to be replaced. Also wanted some HD cameras to be installed around the house (provided by us). Steve went through everything and answered all the questions we had and went through how everything would be installed (I wanted a nice professional install like I had seen on customer pics). Steve and Tyler are truly professionals in everything they do. They take pride in every wire they run and every camera they put up. As a owner of a security company my installer wasn't available to do a large camera job I needed finished before the end of the week. I called Steve on Wednesday and he scheduled my install for Friday. Great work, easy to work with and overall great guys!

We recently had some incidents around our neighborhood and one at our residence so we decided to install some cameras. We bought a Samsung system on Amazon and after getting some ridiculous estimates, we went with the much more reasonable estimate from Smart Security. Smart Security gave us their estimate right over the phone; other companies wanted to come out which just made me feel like they wanted to get a feel for how much they could get away with charging us.
