If we could give this builder a zero we would. We had a difficult customer experience. Before you sign a contract we recommend you take it to a lawyer. If you hire this company you will spend extra time hiring a home inspector and lawyer. It has been over a year now and our punch list is still not complete. The company does not take responsibility for the poor work of their subcontractors- especially the HVAC. The system that was installed is of poor quality and still needs follow up. They pick and choose what they want to do on your punch list and are very slow to answer your emails.
