Brooks is awesome, but the whole family gets in on the support side of the business. If you talk to mom, make a sandwich first (nice lady). Brooks is calm, cool, collected and competent. I broke a very expensive faucet and got less that adequate support from the Whitehaus company in repairing and replacing it.

We purchased a new refrigerator that required a water line to be installed along with a shut-off valve. Brooks and Joey explained the process and went to work right away. Brooks came right out and gave me an estimate and date when they could do the repair work. A few days later Brooks and Joey came out and all work was completed and no more plumbing issues! Lisa works the office and so very nice and helpful. I can’t recommend Sitco enough!

We had demoed one built-in vanity and needed to have the new free standing one installed along with new faucets. The supply lines and shut-offs needed replaced as well. The second bathroom needed new faucets, supply lines and shut-offs also. Even though Brooks hit some snags with the drain lines in both bathrooms, everything was done and in place in no time. He went above and beyond doing additional work and even put the finishing touches on the vanity which was not in the scope of work.

Great company, friendly and personable. They are flexible with appointments and always considerate of our home. Sitko installed an under the sink water filtration system for our home and is always happy to answer questions when we have them or come take a look if things seem off. I called to schedule a time for an outdoor faucet replacement. They were actually able to schedule me for between noon and 4:00 the the same day. Brooks arrived within the time window and replaced the faucet in no time.
