Very professional and prompt. My HVAC guy retired last year and so I was nervous (and a little anxious) while calling local repair companies this morning to fix my furnace. Rex answered the phone, said he could be here in two hours and he was. Repair done quickly and very reasonable. I got a new HVAC guy now! Very happy and highly recommend.

We called Rex to fix what we thought was a blown capacitor, however it ended up being the fan. Was at our home within 45 mintues from initial call, realized it wasnt a capacitor, so he drove to his shop for the correct part and returned within a 1/2 hour. Not only was his service and promptness well above par his price for the repair was more reasonable than one would expect.

I was given a referral from a friend to call Rex at Pataskala Heating and cooling. He answered my call the same day! He came out the very next day! I ordered a larger air conditioner unit and he had it installed within 4 days. He had to make some adjustments to my old furnace so it was able to work at full capacity. I have been so pleased with our new unit. Rex and his son were very professional. Rex explained everything that needed to be done and offered different scenarios that we could go with. Never pressuring me to get the biggest and best, but all the while making me feel comfortable with

Our AC stopped working yesterday, my wife called Rex and he came out first thing this morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. Our unit is working properly now and at a great price! We are very happy with his service and highly recommend him!

Had a great experience with Rex Smith, Pataskala Heating and Cooling. Called Rex about an air conditioner problem and he was at our house in less than 1/2 hour. He was thorough, professional, informative and friendly as well. His price was reasonable and we were extremely pleased. We would highly recommend him to anyone with HVAC issues.

I highly recommend Pataskala Heating and Cooling LLC Rex Smith. This company did an awesome job with the installation of our new ac/furnace. They were very professional and I was very comfortable having them in my home. Going with this company was a great decision on our part because we got a great price for the unit we purchased.
