RVA remodeling replaced our back deck several years ago. They did a fantastic job! We wanted a deck which was easy to maintain and which would be waterproof to shield the lower patio from the elements. Todd spent the time to find a product, Versadeck, which fit all our parameters. The finished deck is a delight, easy to maintain and the construction work solid and meticulous. I absolutely love it.
Todd and his crew were tidy and professional making sure the project fulfilled all permitting and building requirements. It is very clear that they take great pride in their work and the quality shows

We had such a great experience with RVA Remodeling! Todd helped us customize our unique covered porch, it’s exactly what we wanted. He always showed up on time and had such a positive attitude. He does quality work and is open to new ideas. Todd also has great attention to detail...we absolutely LOVE our covered porch! We were sad when he finished, because we loved talking to him each day! We hired RVA Remodeling to build a large screened porch addition on the back of our home in the Fall of 2020. They did excellent work, it turned out beautiful, exactly what we wanted and we’re very happy with the build. They take pride in their craftsmanship and want the job to look perfect which is exactly how it should be, the result is a beautiful, well built structure that will last many, many years.

RVA Remodeling has done several projects for me over the years - 2 screen porches, a shed, shelving, closet remodel, etc. There is a big difference between contractors that do work just to “get in and get out” and ones that care about their reputation. The quality of the work is unmatched. They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Rock solid work.

Called to get a quote on building a new deck. When they answered I asked the gentleman for his name. He then asked what my name was and I told him, then asked for his name again. I explained I was trying to get his name so I can have a conversation about building a deck. He said " good luck and hung up in my face". Very rude and unprofessional, stay away from this company.
