When you call Richland Termite and Pest Control for a free inspection we schedule a no obligation full inspection of your home. Our inspectors will inspect the interior, exterior, attic and subarea. During the inspection, we are looking for droppings and any signs of damage that may indicate the presence of an infestation of any pests.

Drywood termite and subterranean termite colonies usually swarm twice a year in Spring and Fall, when weather conditions are just right. The termites are swarming to find new food sources and locations of colonies. One particular weather pattern that they prefer is when weather changes rain to sunny and that usually triggers a swarm of either drywood termites or subterranean termites.
The best defense against bed bugs is proper identification, whole house fumigation or chemical application to infested areas. Whole house fumigation is effective against all life stages of bed bugs, including the difficult to control egg stage. Whole house fumigation penetrates into cracks and crevices into furniture and any other hiding places, yes, even sensitive electronics to eliminate pests.

I wanted to take the time to share how impressed I was with Richland Termite and Pest Control. I called in a panic regarding a crazy ant infestation. I happened to sit down in my family room and when I looked up at the ceiling .I was shocked! I have never seen so many ants in my life. They were literally along the ceiling line and surrounding the room, I might add not in single file! I called and they happened to have had a technician in the area close to my address. They arrived within an hour and fully resolved the ant issue. I have not seen a single ant still...

My wife and I recently hired Richland to come out and do a termite tenting for our house. It had been a long while since we had our house tented or inspected and knew that we had termite damage in several areas. Joe, our inspector, came out and did what we thought was a fairly thorough review of the home and explained to us what kind of treatment would be needed for our home. We felt like we had a good rapport with Joe so we were leaning heavily towards using Richland after our session with him; however, this was only our second quote so wanted to get an additional opinion.
