Told Mike the color and style of tile we were looking for and he quickly narrowed it down to a few options for us, which made things easy. The installers finished in less time than they estimated and kept the house clean and free of dust for the duration of the job. Floor looks great and has survived 3 kids running around and several parties with no issues.
Would recommend them to others and plan to use them again in the future. They have done flooring in our old house, new carpeting and tile and a back splash (which was made of glass) we were very happy with the results. Therefore, when we bought our new house and completely remodeled it we decided to use them again.

This company was chosen by another contractor to handle our homeowners insurance claim. It was a very long process and involved many contractors. The flooring and carpeting was the only real disappointment. We were given a limited selection of carpet supposedly in like style, quality etc to what we had previously.
During the initial showing of the samples we complained how thin the samples were but we were assured that the padding is what would leave the final product to our satisfaction.

The flooring came out great. Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable on the different types of flooring that would complement each other. He was honest about the quality on the different pricing and didn't pressure us to buy over our budget. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to family and friends.

The owner was able to beat the price on hardwood I was quoted by a nearby large flooring company even though that particular product was not available as a sample at his store. I encourage people to call this company to see if they can beat the price on a product you are considering purchasing. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly as well!

I have had Michael do all the floors in two of my homes now. I am very happy with the carpeting and tile in the first home he did for us. When we moved into our new house there was a lot of demo taking out wood and tile. We replaced with waterproof luxury wood vinyl which I absolutely love. We also replaced the carpet in the bedrooms and tile in all four bathrooms so 5 different types of flooring. Very happy with his customer service and professionalism.

I thought these guys were decent until my bathroom flooded and the plumber had to pull up some flooring. The floor I got required underlayment . Well they did not install any . Just straight to the concrete. So this voided warranty. Shady . I called floor and decor because I wanted to order the same floors for my bedrooms. They stated underlayment is required. I am beyond upset because I have to tear up the living room kitchen and bathroom and start all over. Thousands of dollars wasted . And it took a year to discover the laziness. Recently, we worked with A All-Rite through the restoration company that was working on our bathroom. Leading up to the install, things were just a little off. Getting answers my wife wanted took a little more time to get, but she got them. Then we had picked a decorative tile for installation within the normal tile and it felt like they were trying to talk us out of using it because it is tricky to cut glass. My personal feeling is that a professional should be able to cut all tile (glass or otherwise) with no issue, but I may be misunderstanding the difficulty as I don't have experience.
