M & A just installed Mitsubishi mini split units on our second floor. They were very responsive when I called for a quote, Danielle was great and got back to me the very same day. They were able to do our install within the week, and they finished everything in one day. The guys that came out to do the work were professional and friendly. We’re very happy with our new units!

I have used this company for quite some time. I was initially introduced to them through my home warranty. M&A came out to clean up the work of another company. I have used them since. Very thorough and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing! I am one who wants to follow and ask questions. Allen- was very patient and didn’t mind me asking questions to make sure I understood my system! This company is highly recommend.

I have been using M&A since I purchased my home a few years ago. They are always very courteous and diagnosis my problem fairly quick. Luckily I havent had too many problems but Allen is great at explaining exactly what the issue is and what has to be done to fix it. The office staff is great and always get me on the schedule pretty quick, I would definitely recommend them.

Things have been very hard for our family due to COVID. The office worked me into the schedule on a busy day and Allen came out very late on the weekend to get my heat working.
