Services
Phone Estimates: It is important to be as accurate as possible when providing an Inventory List. Your Estimate is based on the Inventory List that you provide. We use this Inventory List to determine how many movers and hours your job will require. This helps us with scheduling and enables us to give you an accurate Estimate.
A. We have a minimal fuel surcharge on all moves. If you have any unusual large pieces (piano, armoire, safe etc.) that are over 200lbs a surcharge will be added. Please talk with one of the schedulers at The Movers911 before your move to discuss any additional fees. A. You can pack yourself, we can pack some of your belongings or we can pack everything.

My regular mover was not available for the certain day I needed and the senior community that I was moving my 87 yr old aunt to recommended The Movers911. My 87 yr old aunt had the afternoon slot. At 1:15 I called to see what time they were actually coming and they said the job before hers was taking longer than anticipated and they thought it would be closer to 7 pm TO START THE MOVE...or could she move to tomorrow. She was already in her new apt putting away boxes w her other out of town relatives that came in just for that day to help.... Ummm no she can't change to tomorrow. I was

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE MOVERS. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!
They arrived 50 minutes late and with an attitude.
I requested two people and they sent three people. They worked very slowly and dragged their feet to make more money, in my opinion. An hour job was turning into a much longer job. UNACCEPTABLE.
I had one armoire to move. Not a big job.
Once I asked them to "pick up the pace" because I had someone waiting for me, they started yelling that "I can't talk to them that way." They stopped their snail paced work and left.
Very unprofessional and bad attitude. DO NOT USE

They greatly underestimated the number of men needed to move our belongings. The estimate was given over the phone and was not a detailed assessment of our belongings. The estimator advised we would only need two men and one truck. It took them 12 1/2 hours and I finally told them to just go home and we had to get the rest. They were exhausted and it was getting late. I called explaining that I did not think I should be responsible for the nearly 5 hours of overtime charges (time and a half) because if they had properly served our needs with 4 men and 2 trucks it would not have taken over 8 hours

This company didn't ask questions that a professional company should ask, and didn't listen when I told them we were on a timeline. They only sent two guys and I ended up having to do A LOT of the work myself and called four friends to help! Still took three hours more than it was supposed to. The guys did a good job but we have found a lot of broken items so far and we aren't even done moving in. Clearly marked fragile with stickers and they still put heavy boxes on top of them. Manager was not helpful at all and didn't even compensate at all on the price and charged us
