The couple that owns this place are extremely nice and helpful while you're in the store. I found the perfect tile and grout. They have great in-store customer service. Once you leave the store and want to know the status of your order, they rarely call you back after saying they will. I found it very stressful trying to coordinate the tile installer with the tile delivery. I know that they are at the mercy of the tile distributor (separate company). I think that if they were just upfront with timelines and expected delivery, they wouldn't be so frustrating.

I hate having to write a negative review about this company. I usually just let things go, but the lack of communication, the unprofessionalism, and treatment as a paying customer deserves this review.
I bought tile and paid to have it installed. Initially Jacob and Jessica (owners) were pleasant and helpful. I was told it would take 4-5 days to complete the job. Tile installation was suppose to start on June 15th. I am visiting from Florida and trying to sell my townhouse so went ahead and scheduled another company to lay carpet in bedrooms. Scheduled this for a week from the start of tile in

I try to shop local businesses to keep money in the local economy...but if you are looking for tile, don't bother with this place.
I placed my order on Thursday March 25. I was told if I wanted to pick them up at their Grant warehouse they would be available Monday the 29th or that they could be delivered to the Speedway store on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and the person who took the call sounded frustrated by my call. They said my tiles were not in, and she'd call the warehouse and "call me right back". No callback was received that day. So I called on Thursday the 30th. Still no tile. They
