However, the wrong kind of carpet, or one that is poorly installed will require extra maintenance. Generally you should match the carpet type, texture, and underlayment to its working environment. It is also important to keep carpets away from situations where water, chemicals, or other hard-to-clean materials are used.
The busiest "Shop at Home" company in Arizona has had so many complaints, that the Better Business Bureau has revoked their accreditation and gives them a grade of D+ due to "Persistent pattern of complaints." Their TV commercials promise huge discounts and everything from free pad and installation to cruise giveaways. The fact is that after they add in everything that is in the small print, their prices are ALWAYS higher than local retailers. The person who measures your house does not work for the box store.

Very nice employee. They didn't have exactly what I needed, but rather than try to sell me something else, I was given the name of a competitor to find exactly what I am looking for. We need more of this... People actually interested in helping you even when it's no benefit to them. For this reason alone, I would definitely recommend this business with 5 stars. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First stop for me were Lowe’s but heck no they make me wait one month for my carpet and when the date came the installation team said me schedule for February 2021 and I went there in October (2020) 😐 so i have to look for carpet stores again and find this store it has what I wanted , I got my carpet after 2 weeks, don’t wait for months for get a new carpet

Undependable - Guarantee is useless. 5 months ago did a lot of carpet and tile work. Some of the carpet seams are coming up/apart/showing. First call to Larry, he said he would pull paperwork and call me back. Never did, I have left 6 messages with his receptionist, but he will not call back. Finally got him and he set up a date and time to come and inspect them . . . . NEVER SHOWED, no call no anything. And, won't answer calls since them. What a sham . . . do not use them.

Great experience at The Carpet Store & More! I went to several flooring stores to shop for our luxury vinyl planks. I found a product here (Engage Genesis 2000 LVP in Acacia Koa) that was beautiful, high quality, and didn’t break the bank. I found this product at two stores but The Carpet Store & More was competitive with their prices and beat the other store (a significant amount!!). Dan was attentive, friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. Great customer service, beautiful product and best price I found! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I am having ceramic tile installed in a couple of weeks by The Carpet Store but I had an emergency where I needed an immediate quote for carpeting at a rental house my kids were vacating. I called last Friday morning and Larry was out that afternoon for the quote. Got the approval from the property manager on Monday and the job was done yesterday afternoon in time for the walk through with the property manager. Thank you Larry and Dan and the installers, Jorge and Francisco. You did a fantastic job all the way around.
