I had a leak in my garage, and I had no idea where it was coming from, and it resulted in a mold problem.
I contacted Mr Dry Services based on my son’s recommendation.
They brought in dehumidifiers, and sent in a leak detection company. They found the leak was under the foundation, in the kitchen, behind the refrigerator.
They brought in people to bust up the floor, fix the leak, and replaced the floor with beautiful new flooring.
The cabinets needed to be replaced, along with a new granite countertop due to accumulated mold which was remedied.

We were worried about the air quality in our home...and possibly a repair that hadn't been done properly...Tony and Bill arrived promptly and were friendly in a very professional way. They checked the suspect areas for moisture...found some but not significant. They didn't feel that it was necessary to test the air for mold spores at this time. A money saver for us! Should I need their service again or have a friend with a similar problem I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mr.Dry. Kudos++ to them!

Fantastic service and performance by Mr. Dry Services. On our last trip to Naples, Florida, our neighbor directly below noticed a leak in his shower coming from our condo. I called thinking that my home needed an air quality inspection. I have no other words to explain the fine job done by Mr. Dry Services for me at my condominium that was damaged by a water leak and mold. They handed the complete project as I am living over 1000 miles away from the condo unit. I decided to sell my condo and had several buyers tell the real estate lady that the unit smelled "musty'. I thought that there must be a water leak somewhere and that mold was growing at that location.

If I could give negative stars I would. Buyer beware. Make sure you get an estimate in writing, get receipts and review/ confirm measurements / labor costs line by line. The price discussed doubled when received final bill. Took over a month to get detailed bill to understand why and bill had some work never done.
