I recently had the unfortunate experience of a massive leak from the condo that is above me. In a state of panic I contacted my insurance company as I was in need of assistance for the water damage in my home. My insurance company gave me the name of a company name Damex and helped me connect with them immediately. Little did I know at the time, that Damex and I would have a 10 month relationship. Every experience I had with them was awesome. They came to my home within 1 hour to work on the water damage. Once that was controlled we began restoration. There were many obstacles along the way but

Damex managed the rebuilding of wallboard, an office cabinet, and a bathroom vanity after a water leak. They managed subcontractors in cabinet making, stone work, and plumbing, alone with their own wall, millwork and painting.
The results were excellent and the Damex team were wonderful to work with. The job took longer than ideal because the subs were backed up. But Damex did all they could to urge that along.
This is a business that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Damex did a great job. They finished to the deadline they gave me, which allowed us use our property for a family holiday. They came back quickly to take care of a couple of minor punch list items. Julie, their superintendent, gave me her cell number. She was always available when I called and often called me to give me an update. Joe developed the estimate and helped coordinate with the insurance company staff. He always called me back if he was not available when I called. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and how their staff worked with me through the whole rehabilitation work
