The iMold service and team were very professional. They started early and finished ahead of time. The services provided were as contracted. Matt and Rob were excellent, professional and very pleasant. Matt displayed excellent leadership and project management services. He provided us with an email summary with pictures each day to show the progress they were making. He made several suggestions about additional services which we are considering. I rarely take time to complete these reviews but in this case it was very warranted.

Want to applaud the whole iMold team in making a very challenging and concerning mold issue at our residence a smooth remediation. Our technicians Jacob and Guy were top notch. Their professionalism was evident from the moment they stepped out of the truck and reassured us that they would take care of all our issues. The team that came to the house was great! Nick, Jacob, JT and Thomas did a wonderful job and since I had to live at the house throughout the project they did their best to be the least disruptive as possible. Nick ran the team and he was amazing and spent as much time as necessary explaining issues as they came up and helped me think through solutions. If you get Nick as the team lead, you'll be so happy. The work was done so well that it passed a third party mold testing company after the fact with flying colors! I would definitely recommend this company.

Business is slow in response, doesn't have good communication skills and the out come is not as promised. Also the business owner is not professional, gets upset when you question anything he says. Anytime something bad is written online it's gets deleted. Also I looked up the Owner online and he's in a lot of legal disputes over horrible things. Yikes! Wish I knew this sooner!

We noticed a funny smell in the kitchen and iMold discovered black mold growing behind our dishwasher. It caused water damage throughout 3 rooms! iMold was fantastic to work with as they handled the mold removal and water damage remediation.
