Big shout out to Glass King Inc. for fixing my Arcadia door quickly and at a very reasonable price!
The glass in my Arcadia door had shattered (what a mess!!) I requested a quote online Monday night and received a call back first thing the next morning. Matt, one of the owners and his GM came out the same day and had the glass replaced in no time. And what nice guys!!

I have never written a negative post about a company before. But after speaking with Glass King and trying to resolve an issue, I feel that I must. My husband and I had Glass King come out to replace a transom window and another bedroom window. At the time, the installer also replaced the trim in the bedroom window. The two windows cost $752.
The trim replacement was not done correctly and there was a small glitch when opening and closing the window. The installer assured me that it would be fine. We really didn't open that window much so I took his word for it.
Now, 2 short years later

I decided to hire Glass King, after receiving several other estimates, from competitors. I spoke with both owners, Matt, and Jay. I got a fair price, and their price match guaranty plus 5%. I had to replace 3-windows with known seal leaks. They sent their lead installer Josh to do the measurements. I spoke with Josh, he was friendly, approachable,and knowledgeable. I had concerns about the state of some other windows, and asked his opinion. He showed me the issues with a few others, and said several others were fine for now, but may need replaced in a year or two. I felt zero pressure, but he had

Very disappointed with the service we received recently. Not only did the problem not get correct, but more problems developed after the two repair guys man-handled the sliding glass door. The lock, which was never an issue is not operable and needs to be replaced. In addition, the door was left in a worse condition where it couldn't even be opened up one bit.
We had another repair company come out. They disassembled the door and put it back together with all the existing parts, they added some screws and adhesive for the gasket...and low and behold the door slides really nicely! The

Glass King is the best! There was no BS'ing they quoted me a price, and they delivered. I was really amazed in the overall customer service and quality of the work. They replaced my upstairs window, took a week for the product to arrive as they informed me. I paid half, before and the other after the job was complete. After speaking with Jay, the owner, I decided to order a clear glass table top from Glass King to protect my new wood dining table. It was fabricated and delivered within a week at a very fair price. I suppose that was to be expected- good product, right price. The Glass King differentiator was the unexpected level of care by the delivery guys, Will and Andy. These guys were polite, professional, clean, pleasant to talk to, and VERY careful when placing the glass and positioning it properly. These guys are great. I called on a Friday afternoon and they got me scheduled for the next week. I had a 9x8 foot mirror that I needed removed. Glass King was by far the best bid I got. On the day of the removal the guys were great at communicating with me about when they would arrive. Once they arrived they took that giant mirror out in no time with no problem. They removed the mastic holding the mirror on and were on their way. Glass King will be my first call for any home or business glass needs.

No one likes to come home finding their front window smashed. After being a bit freaked out, I called a few glass companies to come bit out the work. Glass King was one of those companies. They said they would match any price their competitor was offering and they were the last company to show up so they got the work.
They did a good job of cleaning up the mess, measuring the new window, and getting it installed. It took a week or so to get the new window so that would be my only criticism. Other than that, am very happy with the work they did and both the guy who came out and measured

We stopped by Glass King on a Saturday morning a half-hour before they closed to see about getting a glass shelf cut. We thought we would have to order it and pick up in a few days. Owner Matt welcomed us, took the glass order and had it cut immediately. We walked out with a beautiful polished glass shelf within 20 minutes. The entire team was kind and professional. We are going to take all of our glass needs to Glass King for sure. Looking at textured glass inserts for our kitchen cabinets now and Glass King will do the job for sure!

I called around to multiple shops looking for custom insulated glass replacement for my aluminum windows. Every store said it would be 10-15 business days to get in.
Glass king was able to order the glass Wednesday morning and it arrived Friday by noon. Went to pick it up at their shop and they installed the new glass in the frames for me. Customer service and the quality of the glass are incredible.

Thank you Glass King! One glass pane of our arcadia door has been broken for months. It's been so lightweight that one of our precious pooches can open it with her paws. We're going on a longer trip this summer vacation and wanted peace of mind and for the door to be fixed.
We called several "glass replacement" businesses for quotes. Most were nice and could schedule appointments right before we left for our trip, but none were as affordable and accommodating as Glass King. They beat all other quotes by greater than $40 and scheduled our appointment right away.
