The team of Reinhard (Bob) and Delores Windolf has been a force in general construction and quality since 1983, and a major influence in coastal construction since 1993. During this time, Bob Windolf has brought European craftsmanship and Old Florida coastal styling to Port St. Joe and the surrounding panhandle.
Serving the area from Mexico Beach to St. George Island, Windolf Construction offers its clients comprehensive service, from concept to completion, in residential, commercial, new construction, and renovation. Windolf Construction brings attention to the detail and quality of new residential and commercial construction.

Paid several thousand dollars to this company. In return, they produced one set of drawings that incorporated 10% of our clearly communicated needs. Further, the drawings made no sense in terms of layout, logic, or design. We immediately provided feedback and pointed out the deficiencies. No response. In fact, there was no response for almost TWO YEARS. Phone calls, letters, emails, texts were met with either silence or ‘we have family issues’. Granted, Hurricane Michael hit, but two years? When they finally substantively responded, it was ‘We produced a drawing, we’re keeping your money’
