I spoke with Dirk about my concerns and poor reviews I had read. He assured me the reviews were blown out of proportion and customers were well taken care of. I proceeded with installation of an iron fence enclosing my backyard. However, a gate was left out and was not installed. I finally contacted Dirk after several attempts and he assured me he would come back and install it. That was a few months ago and now he's not accepting or returning any phone calls. I advise anyone looking for a fence to stay away from this guy and his company.

CALL ELSEWHERE.
Dirk Committed to do my fence a week before the install date for a good price. He had told me that he was going to go out there to review the property prior to you and then agreed-upon the job. Upon the day of install with an hour before the install was supposed to start I get a text that says my guys won't be able to do the work sorry. What? I called him to ask what was going on he said sorry guys didn't want to do it don't know what else you want me to do. I had released three other companies that were already booked whenever he bailed and I had to go and look. This is the worst
