We are a family-owned and operated company. J.J. Sullivan Company was founded in 1970, specializing in residential construction and new home building. Today, the company has transformed into a General Construction/Management company that specializes in commercial interiors for some of Connecticut's finest developers, property management companies, and building owners.
Our job, as construction managers, is to make our client's plans a reality by maintaining and adhering to a strict schedule. We work with some of Connecticut's most talented trades to produce quality office environments. We take pride in completing our projects on time and within our customer's budget.

I've known Paul Sullivan of JJ Sullivan Construction for many years, and have had the pleasure of having JJ Sullivan Construction work on and complete many projects.. They are both professional and experienced in many construction project situations and complete them on time and in budget..
