In those days, deliveries were made by hand. Five gallon buckets were brought into customers homes to fill twenty five gallon reserve drums. The fuel was used to light up stove heaters generally located in the kitchen. At the time the company was located on Franklin Street. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and couldn’t be more satisfied. My air conditioner wasn’t working and I called at 6:00pm. Someone arrived an hour later. Prompt service. I was given written estimates for oil to gas conversion. Installation went very smoothly and quickly. I am very happy with their service and product. Thank you also I want to add that they went above and beyond by attaching the vent to my hot water heater without asking. It had been an issue for awhile, being installed by another company.

I have a service contract with Blue Flame Oil this season for the first time. I have found all of their technicians to be competent, efficient and pleasant. We recently made an emergency call on a Sunday night when the furnace stopped working. The response was within an hour of the call and the service was wonderful.

Roughly 12 months ago I switched over my heating and cooling services to Blue Flame. I used my previous company for 20 years and was hesitant to make the switch, but Blue Flame has been a much better company for my properties. They have handled large jobs and small, are always responsive, and their field staff have been fast and professional. I wish I switched to Blue Flame years ago!

I’ve been a customer of Blue Flame Oil for almost twenty years. I’ve read all of the reviews posted here and the negative ones are pure axe-grinding nonsense and untrue. This company boasts the highest standard of customer service, professionalism and integrity. I have dealt with everyone from the owner, to the service technicians,to most of the office personnel and I couldn’t find a bad word to say about any of them. There even was a time when the owner himself came out on a difficult service call in winter to replace a part in our attic air handler. This is the type of company you want
