Edgerton replaced my steam boiler six years ago. During this year's service on the boiler they noticed that the pressure gage was not working. They replaced the gage and checked the entire system. The crew that came out were on top of every aspect of the job that needed to be completed. Knowing the ins and outs of steam heat is an art form. Edgerton is very knowledgable on the workings and maintaining of steam heat.

This is an update from my previous review (below). Following my experience with Edgerton's service and sales people, I have been unable to get the estimates I requested on their visit. I have called twice in the month since they visited, last week and two days ago, to remind them that they haven't sent those estimates and to request that they do so. On both calls I was told that they'd get right back to me, which obviously they have not. If this is how they behave prior to getting the sale, I can imagine what service would be like afterwards. I've taken them off my contractor list.

Alexa worked inside (ours is a rooftop unit in Heritage Village) & was very friendly but professional. Fortunately, everything checked out in good shape but because of age (15 yrs) she helpfully suggested we might like to begin research & get quotes on the cost of replacement so that we weren’t forced into an emergency situation (we did this last year) but we were very appreciative of her advice in the event we hadn’t. Have had a maintenance contract with Edgerton for 10 years & very happy with service when needed.

Jefferson, my tech, was the most thorough that I've had in my 6 years with Edgerton. He actually checked the temp of the airflow in multiple rooms. That is not something I've seen before. He was very professional and personable and left me, the client, feeling comfortable that he had done a thorough job. Please recognize his contribution within your organization. At a time when other vendors are trying to establish themselves in Heritage Village, this kind of service gives me comfort that I've elected to stay with Edgerton.

I had my annual AC Maintenance from Edgerton Inc of Monroe CT. The service was performed by Alexis W. who did an outstanding job of performing the services. Not only did she seem to know exactly what she was doing but took the time to explain things to me after she was finished. I could not have been more pleased and Edgerton has been servicing this unit since it was installed, almost 20 years ago.
