We lost heat due to a mechanical misfunction at 8:15PM. We called the service rep was over within 25 minutes. By 9:15 that night heat and hot water was restored to the house so we could have a nice hot shower before going to sleep. Service people are courteous and professional.

I wish he was wearing a mask. When I pointed this out to him his answer was "you aren't wearing one." It was a very quick visit. He was picking up antifreeze and was in and out so it wasn't a big deal. but still a mask should be routine. I am 78 and can't be too careful

Needed a steam radiator moved to a new location. Sippin installed a new steam boiler for me several years back and did an outstanding job on the piping (which can be tricky on a steam system). They did not let me down this time. The job took less time than expected and the piping was perfect. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time, with an en route call 10 minutes before as promised. Jon figured out the problem, made the necessary repair and got my heat back on. Prompt, polite and efficient and repair was covered by my Gold Sippin Service Plan--what more can you ask?

Not sure how to message you directly on the yelp app. It happened again today. in fact this time I paid AHEAD of time on your website so I can control when money leaves my bank account and your billing office then tried to charge me again. If you can't notify customers you're about to take $500 out of their bank account then you have no regard for your customers. Even Geico sends notice about a week before they process an automatic payment. And they don't even have to because it's the same amount on the same day every month. Your company randomly swipes $500 with no notice whatsoever

Sippin called me during the summer to make sure I got scheduled for a yearly maintenance before heat season started. I was scheduled for 12-4 pm slot. I called around 11am to see if I could get a smaller window for the techs arrival but they couldn't give me one. The technician was polite and friendly. He answered my questions patiently. He completed in just over an hour and then reported back to me.
My only wish was that he turned off the lights in the furnace room when he left. I also wish I could have been given a 2 hr window

Multiple calls and requests for contact and no calls back.... New to area and this company was recommended by my Landlord with a warning that this company was difficult to get ahold of but would provide delivery as needed.
I read the multiple reviews, which I always take with a grain of salt, and knowingly tried to contact them to set up an oil contract.
Hate to say it but if a company cannot return calls HOW are they going to be when I have an urgent need for service or repair.
Good Luck with this company if your going to use them and I hope it works out for you.

I bought a house a few years ago, and it has a service card for previous work by Sippin, so I called them to perform simple seasonal upkeep, assuming they knew the systems best. Or rather, I TRIED to call them. They have 4 numbers, and no one would answer them for a whole WEEK. Finally on the 6th day someone answered. When I explained I wanted seasonal maintenance done on my AC system, the lady said because I do not have "a contract", I would have to give them my credit card and pay in advance for the work, with additional charges as labor & parts were added. After basically being extorted money for oil, I left bad, but 100% honest reviews, apparently, they did not sit too well with management.
To recap, our landlord has a SERVICE contract with Sippin for his home and the house we rent, service, no oil delivery.
We were told by Patty, Sippins billing person, that WE MUST buy full loads of oil from them when we needed oil, regardless of whether or not we could afford a full tank.
This led us to complain and investigate the law ourselves. We found that legally

We signed up with Sippin when we moved to our new home in December 2017. It took a couple of service calls from their representatives and from an appliance repair company before they finally fixed faulty lines on our propane tank for our stove (so I was out money for an unnecessary repair call for the stove since they had insisted it wasn't a problem with their equipment). They told me that the propane tank was empty and they could fill it at a one-time special promotional rate, and it turns out it was 3/4 full so I used up the promo rate for no reason.

So getting your furnace serviced usually entails showing a technician to your utility room and trusting that they will do a good job and what's necessary. For the first time EVER!! I had a technician who I know did a very thorough job. Justin was kind enough to explain to me what needed to be done and what he was doing all while taking care not to soil our very light carpets he had to keep walking on to get to the room. We have older units and certain aspects of the tuneup required more work than most. Where in some cases some tech's would avoid doing this part because of the work

I have a horrible experience with Sippin. We came home from our vacation last night (Jan 1, 2018) and found that our oil tank was empty. We're on automatic delivery and the tank should be filled, but nope! The oil ran out and our furnace was shut down at midnight. I called Sippin several times but it wasn't taking care of right away even though I kept mentioning it's urgent. Thank goodness that I had the technician Bill's phone number (I believe that's his name). I called his number directly and he was great responding to our request and came to our house to re-start our
