We had a sudden leak from our freezer last night. Seemed to be from ice maker . I am visiting relatives and could not get it to stop. Called BLM who I found on yelp. Louis the owner was kind and patiently tried to help me find wAter shut off to refrig. Could not find it so I shut off water to whole house. He came early today and figured out the problem. He advised us how not to waste money and even repaired a clogged sink drain. Very nice and courteous.

Contacted to repair a gas furnace and they were the first company to answer my phone call after hours (around 7pm). Showed up the next morning to assess the furnace and concluded a brand new control board was necessary which costs around $600. The part took several days to order and when it finally arrived they came back to the property only to find it’s not necessary and the igniter needed to be replaced. I feel like that could have been repaired the day if the initial visit as it’s a more routine fix.
