We've had this pool service for about 2 years now and it has gradually got worse in regards to the times they say they will arrive once a week and communication regarding time changes.
My biggest problem is they did not inform me of the service time changes. Most recently they changed the start time to 630 am. Didn't bother to inform me so naturally my gate was locked. I called to ask what happened and that's when I learned about the changes. I asked the owner/manager Juan, if he informed his customers of this change. His reply was "he would now." This was very disappointing

Juan has been servicing our pool since last July and I can't be happier with the results. We had multiple other cleaners previously, and I was generally satisfied, but I just didn't know what I was missing. Full Pool Services is better than any of them! Our pool is always sparkling now! Communication has been great, price is competitive, and I would recommend Full Pool Services to anyone in need of service.

This company got my pool back in shape after my pump gave out and the water turned green from algae build up. They treated my pool with the correct chemicals and fixed my pool pump. The water is now sparkling blue and I couldn't be more happier. Their prices are affordable they have great customer service;)

I had some algae issues with my pool and I called this company one day at 6:30 PM and they took care of my pool next morning. They did an inspection of my pool equipment and water analysis for free. They are very professional and prices are reasonable. Finally my pool got back in shape and they currently service it every week.

I would give this negative stars if it would let me. WORST pool service!! He caused more harm then good! He is supposed to clean the filters every so often and he did not clean them, which built up calcium which made my filter crack. I spent $900 to buy a new filter because he did not do his job! He would come and go within 5 minutes which is not nearly enough time to clean the pool and do everything that he is supposed to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!! I have not been in my hot tub in 4 months because he messed with the valves which made the spa water drain into the
