Nelson responded to my request in minutes and was able to come out within the hour to our rental property. He gave me a great bid and started the same day! He was fast, reasonable. Of course, I kept adding to his "to do" list. He gave me a great price on all of my extras too! Did I mentioned he got it all done in 2 days? I would definitely use him again. Thanks for all of your help!

Nelson has worked for us twice now and we have been really happy each time. Both jobs were sorely needed - and Nelson and his crew did great work. They took their time and made sure the jobs were done right. When there were questions that needed answering about one aspect of the job or the other, I really appreciated Nelson's helpful advice as to the best way to go.
I think he's saved us a lot of extra expense down the road by protecting the exterior of our home. We look forward to having him do more work for us in the future.

Exceeded our expectation each time.
He just did the railings around our house where the paint was failing and they began to rust. He could have just slapped paint on as it was a small job. However, he scrubbed them down where they were rusted and made sure it would hold the new paint.
When painting our whole house, he had extra time and paint as they finished faster than expected (when does that EVER happen in the trades?) in the budget so did the inside of our newly drywalled garage.
We highly recommend Nelson!
