Terrible and unprofessional. They have a marketing gimmick and won't give you a price estimate until you watch several videos. Rude sales people who are inexperienced and say offensive things because they don't know what they are doing. I have no idea how they got into Costco. The products they offer are of low quality. Bad experience.

Josh and Kyle were very professional and friendly. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I felt like they were very respectful of my home. They answered all of my questions when I had them. They made sure I was informed about what was going to happen and consulted me when needed. I called Reborn and set up an appointment after giving all the information for remodeling 3 of our bathrooms. 2 guys from Reborn came and talked for hours only about the showers and Jacuzzi acrylic shower panels. They quoted $17,500 for one shower and graciously reduced to $13,500... just for one shower. I was planning to give them the whole remodel job of 3 bathrooms after seeing their reviews . They entirely lost my business by sending 2 jokers. Thoroughly disappointed!

Ultimately, when the job was done we feel like we overpaid for our kitchen remodel. We should have had the cabinets completely replaced for the price we paid. We should have done our research more before we signed. After 3 years, the facing started peeling off near the stove. We had to insist that that company come out and replace it. They ultimately did, because we were just shy of their warranty deadline. They were not happy they had to fix it, but did due to our firmness. I would only purchase this product IF they provide you with a lifetime warranty of the product NOT peeling especially

Tony D. Was the most skilled and expert craftsman I’ve met ever. I’ve employed many craftsmen in the museum business over 40 years and this guy was superhuman expert and fast. He installed a walk in shower and did demo work as well. Reborn project manager was excellent also. Great company!

I just had my kitchen cabinets refaced by Reborn and I absolutely love them! Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Yaser Khodaei and Zach Campbell were the installers who spent four days transforming my kitchen and they were wonderful! They carefully protected my exiting countertops and appliances, masked everything off so the mess was contained in the kitchen, and cleaned up everything perfectly when they were done. They did such a wonderful job making my kitchen cabinets perfect, I cannot thank them enough!

Four months and 12 appointments later the project was finally completed. I spent $2K+ in remediation for cleaning up the saw dust all over my home and in my ducts/vents which made my asthma act up something awful. They reimbursed all remediation costs and gave me some add ons to make the facing look more finished on the edges. I paid for refacing my cabinets throughout my home and was told the cabinets were 8 layers thick with marine paint YET the refacing between the cabinets was one layer thick, with chipped edges and the paint was chipping off the facing edges on the first day. Reborn (Lori and Ivan) kept in touch with us every step of the way. Our initial install date was three weeks out, but they were able to get us in within a week.

Reborn Cabinets completed job was excellent. I had my kitchen and one bathroom done. The two guys were here on time, wore masks, did their job and cleaned up everyday. They listened to what I wanted and the cabinets turned out better than I expected. Would hire this company again.

Stopped by the Torrance showroom to schedule someone to come out to our home for new cabinets. Showroom person was nice, but they had to call corporate, who were very rude and condescending to her on the phone. They told her they were too busy to deal with the customers (us) in the store, which should have been the red flag that had us walk out right then.
The associate explained our needs to corporate and then, eventually, we were placed on the phone with corporate and we were asked the same questions over and over again. We explained what we wanted multiple times, and we were pressured to say

We completed the refacing of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets at our home. The whole process was marred with delays. The customer service is terrible and the management takes no accountability . During the design step we were never told that there was an option for deeper cabinets for our uppers. They installed 12" uppers when our past uppers were 14". Now our cupboards don't close as our plates don't fit. How frustrating ! I would not recommend this company to others.

Reborn estimator quote some relatively HIGH amount for their proprietary shower material. Im sure they will do a great job with the shower area, but who wants a HALF bathroom remodel, especially for that price! I was given

I'm fairly happy with my new cabinets doors and drawers but the customer service afterwards SUCKS!!! They keep calling trying to sell me more crap or to see how happy I am with their work but when I tell them there's a ding in one of the doors and one of the drawers doesn't work they say someone will get back to me. NOBODY HAS EVER returned my calls!!! I've left AT LEAST 5 messages. NADA! I re-did my own cabinets but had them supply new doors and drawers only....and I paid $6k for them. If I had it to do over again, I'd go elsewhere.

I just had my bathroom vanity refaced and everyone I worked with Amber Chadwick (interior decorator/salesperson), Jeremy (person who did measurements), and the installers Luis & Mario were all wonderful. Amber was super responsive to my many emails and phone calls, I felt that she really cared about my project and it wasn't just a sale for her. Jeremy gave me good advice that the drawers I wanted under the sink would not be deep due to the plumbing, so I changed the design, and Amber repriced. That's custom cabinetry for you. I feel Reborn did an amazing job! Very professional, courteous, and the craftsmanship was next to none. One thing I don't like are the hinges because on the corner doors they are in the way when pulling items in and out. They need to come up with a low profile slow close hinge for those types of applications. They are pretty pricey but I feel they are worth it.

We used them to replace our shower. They were quick, as promised. However, once they get your money, which was several thousand, don't expect them to answer the phone.
We called to complain of mold a year later, and there wasn't supposed to be any, they just mailed us a tube of caulk and were told to replace it ourselves. ....And that was after trying to reach them for 1 whole week.
The support bar they installed is rusting. The bottom track for the shower doors just slid off when sliding the doors closed, no answer.

When I finally got in touch with Reborn Cabinets, their customer service was through the roof!... they made the whole process a pleasant one and made setting up an appointment easy to where it best fits your schedule.
After agreeing to the type of job we wanted, it got better ! We received updates constantly and received our order to be installed in a fast and timely manner.

To make a long story short: We are very happy with our new kitchen and our decision to go with Reborn Cabinets, Inc. Very happy with both the new appearance as well as the process which was personal and amazingly swift. It is not easy to please me/us, and we had a number of past experiences that fueled a genuine mistrust about any remodeling and construction promises.
We had some goal how much to spend and obtained several bids from different companies. They ranged from solid but outrageously above budget (Peace of Heart Remodeling, 818-807-8038) to spectacularly surreal without any substance
