We love you. You're our family and it makes us happy to provide a safe, stable surface to enjoy with friends and family outside. To be our very best, we need a little care from time to time. We appreciate you trying to keep us clean and presentable with home maintenance, but we need to tell you those things hurt us.
You certainly could. But we have the tools and expertise necessary to make your patio/hardscape as good as the day it was installed. And we can do it right, in a just a fraction of the time. Plus, wouldn't you rather enjoy your patio instead of working on it? When used in proper amounts, de-icing agents should not damage your pavers.

I HIGHLY advise anyone in need of paver-related services to look elsewhere. This company does subpar work, over-promises, and less than under-delivers. If you have a problem that requires any effort or follow-up on their part, they will ignore your messages and emails. Robert will blame Tony and Tony will blame Robert... but they both have the same goal: that you eventually give up. I understand that no small company is perfect nor can they make everybody happy. However, I am quite sure that ANY other company is a better option than Paver Rescue.

This company has awful customer service. After our initial service, which was ok, we set up a maintenance program. They did a horrible job, in fact it looked worse than before. We spoke to them several times and they promised (the owner even) to come out and do an inspection. That was the end of April and we have never heard back from them until now when they wanted to schedule for next years maintenance. FAT CHANCE. They did a very bad job cleaning and left huge gaps between the stones, with no sand repair. Very poor customer service and if anyone asks about your service that is what I will tell

Paver Rescue visited my home July 22nd to assess the potential project. The gentleman who arrived stated he was an owner and that quotes were about 1-1/2 weeks out. We were asking for the pavers to be cleaned and color restored, grout where needed, and sealed; power wash the firepit; and install new edging for the pavers. I phoned several times since we did not receive the quote - thinking it may have been a technology issue or incorrect email, etc. The persons who I spoke with could not provide the estimate which I now assume meant there was none. After the FOURTH call, I decided to give up. My

Timing for first visit was not well coordinated. Not blaming the technician, but I wanted to be present and he arrived at 10 am and I was first aware if the schedule change at 9:50 am (via e mail). The schedule, as advised via e mail 24-48 hrs ago, stated between 1 and 5 pm
I do not know if planned 1st day’s work was completed or not and/or when to possibly expect the continuation. I returned home at noon and the technician had already left

Absolutely the worst service we have received by any company. We hired them last summer and it took several attempts before completing the project - lots of missed areas, poor quality. In less than a year, we have many areas where the new sand has come out. We called them over 4 months ago to come back and re-do the areas. Lots of promises made but no follow up. Justin, the operations manager, has come out once for 15 mins but missed so many areas, even after we showed him what needed to be done. He promised to come back 2 days later to complete it but that was 2 weeks ago. No show, no call. He

Had my paver patio cleaned and sealed the first week of November. Within days I noticed white patch throughout the patio surface. I suspected the patio was too wet when the sealant was applied. I also noticed the sand was missing is several spots. I contacted the company about the issue. They came out to the patio a couple weeks later and reapplied sand and sealant. The patio looks much better.
