First of all, when you sell your house and cancel the service, they keep charging you and are totally unresponsive via email and telephone. Secondly, I had leaks during the Texas freeze on some of the equipment in a property I was renting and I had to inform them of the leak, they didn't inform me. They checked and told me everything was fine and when I insisted it wasn't, they finally did the due diligence and actually checked and found it. When I was selling the house I paid for them to go twice a week as I live in another state entirely. The constant feedback from the viewers and the estate

Excellent company. I flinched at their initial bid the first time I used them, but hired them and they got the job done the next day and it worked. Price was fair and the work was outstanding. Our pool has never looked so good since we started using patriot pools- they are amazing! Our pool tech will stay for over an hour each week cleaning our pool not leaving until it sparkles! Their techs way over chlorinate the water. They don't adjust their chemicals. My pool kept registering at over 5 for chlorine which is not swimmable and can harm a person. They never addressed it. I asked the tech so many times to stop with so much chlorine and they never did. After skin burns and constant irritation I switched companies. I would not recommend Patriot to anyone.

Patriot has been taking care of our pool for years and we have been largely satisfied. Like any relationship there have been a few moments where feedback was necessary. In each of those cases they were responsive to my concern and took care of it.
They make route changes which means we get a different cleaner every so often, which means we have to educate the next cleaner. That’s probably not true for all pools, but our pool is weird and small so it has a few quirks.

These guys have 5 stars for a reason. They may not have "revolutionized" pool care- but they are the most efficient and effective team assembled in Austin.
They do everything, and they do it well. They are transparent and extremely responsive. For your $, you could not get a better service.

Excellent experience. Patriot replaces my former (small mom-and-pop) pool cleaning service. Alex runs operations. Dimitri is our cleaner. Both are fantastic. Dimitri is friendly, efficient, and professional. They use modern equipment and drive clean, well maintained trucks (unlike my old provider). LOVE THIS SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had never owned a pool before and purchased a house with one in 2017. The pool needed to be entirely re-plumbed, new filter internal components, a booster pump, and a new salt system. I had three separate companies give me bids and while Patriot wasn't the absolute cheapest, they were well within range of the other bids. They were however the only company that walked me through exactly what they would do, why their bid was the price it was, and made me feel comfortable in spending a significant amount of money with them. Patriot pool are the real deal when it comes to service your pool , you don’t have to measure chemicals etc.. the only reason you go to your pool is to enjoy it .

Being a first time pool owner, the experience can quickly become confusing and frustrating. After 4 pool companies we finally found Patriot Pool and Spa and we are raving fans! Our pool tech, Jessica, really rolls up her sleeves on a weekly basis to keep our pool in great condition. When we had a small issue with our pool, she recommended a course of action and quickly got our pool in great shape. She even visited our pool on non-scheduled cleaning days to check on the progress of the pool. We even had a repair done to our equipment and Patriot was quick to schedule the appointment and even quicker

This is one GREAT company! They have been cleaning my pool for over a year now and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff they send out are always hard-working and professional. They do a complete job every week. I also get them to clean the big filter unit twice a year. I highly recommend this service, too. They have excellent prices and terrific customer service! Patriot Pool & Spa is okay. Very expensive and everything is an upsell, but the pool looks pretty good. They only have the option to come once a week for servicing (I prefer every other week). After my first visit it was recommended that I “blow out my line” that was clogged with seasonal debris. After I had that serviced my automatic pool vacuum still wasn’t working properly despite my digital door hanger stating all machinery + equipment was working properly. There are probably better priced companies out there, but patriot was the easiest to sign up online and that’s what I liked most

Updating my review: I really appreciate how Patriot admitted fault and then went above and beyond to fix everything. The guy who came to fix it made a small error but Nathan immediately rectified the situation and all is well. I'm not a hater so they deserve the update. I honestly just think these guys are dealing with growing pains but what's important is that the owner and the managers care and that's all anyone can ask for as that means they will follow through and go above and beyond to ensure anything missed gets fixed. We all make mistakes and we should all be open to letting

Update 1 4/30: Nathan from Patriot Pool reached out to me and apologized and stated they may be having issues with their phone service. The owner also called and apologized and stated the same thing. I appreciate everything they've done to correct the situation. They are scheduled to come out Friday 5/3 so I can update again afterwards.
Update 2 5/4/19: Ted from Patriot came out yesterday and switched out the motor and mounting bracket and got us back up and running. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and helpful. Nathan followed up and made sure the job was taken care of. They

I bought a house with an existing pool that needed a lot of work. I can honestly say that my experience with Patriot and specifically Nathan the service manager has been great. They do both our ongoing maintenance and our repairs. They have never oversold me on parts or service, have always been out quickly and on the date I asked. Great team.

Quincy and Vic oversee our pool and they are so great. Being new to pool ownership we have tons of questions and they are super supportive and quick to respond. Quincy is a manager and he himself came over to our house late one night to check on a pool "catastrophe." Talk about customer service! They care

I cannot say enough good things about this pool service. I have used Patriot for two pools for almost 2 years at properties we own and they are such a pleasure to work with. There are very few businesses that go so over and above on customer service. It's as if Hal does a casting call for the nicest, most patient people when he hires. When I have needed repairs, I have found their pricing to be competitive and the most important thing is I trust them.
