The issue was not the furnace at all. The technician found the problem and saved a big headache. It was a melted fuse inside the electric box. This could of caused a fire. I really am thankful that he found it quickly. Thank you again. There are to many companies out there that would of taken advantage of the situation and fixed something that didnt need fixed. Thank you again. Will be using your service if needed in the future.

Josh was a perfect gentleman, polite and informative. I learned so much and it feels great knowing our furnace had a thorough preventive maintenance session and minor repair.

Cosby was the third company to trouble shoot our furnace. They were the only ones able to find the issue! Everyone else tried to sell me a new furnace after costly replacement parts that were not the problem. Extremely prompt and professional from the first call to completion! Definitely will use and recommend!

Brad arrived on time, explained details in simple terms, updated me throughout the diagnostic and repair process, provided parts & labor fees from his tablet, completed the repairs and cleaned up the area within a few hours. COSBY HEATING & COOLING is AMAZING! Let me tell you why……. In 2001, they installed our new Geo Thermal system. During a recent preventative maintenance trip, technician Bob Calabretta noticed the wrong pumps were installed, after a warranty repair job in 2012. He did not have to tell me, as I would never had known. However, his thorough test of… the system resulted in discovering the manufacture sent the wrong pump – same size – smaller motor internally, so it was not caught back in 2012. Makes sense. Paul and Barb Eddy (Owners) have created a culture of employees that really care about what they do and will do whatever it takes to take care of their customers! I know this first hand because I am a Cosby Employee AND Customer. My furnace was having issues yesterday and within minutes of his arrival, Brad had my furnace running again. Our furnace went out and we called for a repair, and they came within an hour or two. We actually needed a new furnace and had a dangerous carbon monoxide leak to boot. We had an installer here within a half hour to give us an estimate, and by mid-afternoon we had a new furnace installed. On a day where the temperature was single digits, I can't… stress enough how much we appreciated it. I was making a cherry pie, and they had the furnace installed quicker than I could make and bake a pie. Now that's bragging rights! Thank you to the entire Cosby team.
