Wow- I am so happy I called this company. Mike came and was able to diagnose and fix our tricky problem quickly and efficiently. He was very honest about his service and about our furnace system and his repairs were affordable. They came out within 24 hours of me calling them and they were all very easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Mike called before coming over to let me know he was on the way. I called because my furnace was putting out cool air. After looking at the unit Mike found a plug wasn't pushed all the way in. A few months ago Five Star Heating/Cooling had installed my new ac condenser and apparently knocked the plug by accident. Mike pushed it back in and heat! Didn't charge diagnostic fee! Call Five Star with any heat/cool issues... Best service ever!

I woke up on a rainy Sunday morning and my furnace was not working properly. I contacted Pickerington Heating and Air and they promptly responded to send out a technician to help me. They sent out Mike, who was so helpful and pleasant. He was a pleasant young man and so professional. Told me what needed done and I will be getting my furnace fixed this week! Thank you for being there for your customers. It's most appreciated! I am so happy and thankful for a company that appreciates it's customers!

Mike was super nice and very knowledgeable, even with our 20-something year old heating and cooling unit. He went into our crawl space and cleaned out our drains which were clogged. Was so glad he called to let me know he was almost there so I could get my dogs outside before he got there! 😊. Will definitely call again next time we need maintenance or repairs!

I had 5 different local companies come out to quote installing a new AC unit and this company came back with the most competative bid, and far exceeded the competition in offering excellent customer service. Installation was quick and efficient. I also received a free smart thermostat with my installation. I've been enjoying my new AC for the last 8 weeks and am very happy with my purchase and services rendered! These people will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. I also appreciate knowing that they have a large enough team to ensure a quick response should I find myself in a pinch
