Show up being extremely loud to cut neighbors lawn at 7:30 am. Running multiple weed eaters and mowers outside my window. Woke up entire family. Blew grass all over street and onto my property. Called company and was immediately disrespected. Demanded to know my name and hung up on me when I wouldn’t give it as it wasn’t relevant. Will be telling everyone I know about the unprofessional work they do and the disrespect.

Called to request a quote and the person who picked up was rude.
I called to get a quote for mowing. I live in Steubenville but about 10 minutes down the road from their location.
I asked her how much mowing would be and her response was “yeah....we don’t just mow. Sorry. You’d have to get a fertilization package too...soo.....yeah...”
So I respond “ok no worries how much does that cost.”
And responds it’s going to be at least $100 for one service appointment. When I told her where I live (again ten minutes from their office) she laughed and said “yeah that’s too far away

Poor service this year. They were paid for pressure washing (half) in April and did not show up until June and did a poor sloppy job leaving moss in the old patio pavers. The pavers never looked clean. They did not complete the resanding for over a month and the weeds had to be retreated. It took over 4 phone calls with reminders asking to get the job done. The sanding did look nice but is already
coming out and cost over $1,000 .
I have a very small patio. They charged me for a weed service I did not request and then they were only on my property less than 5 minutes. I had called the office
