We've used Smilies for years to service our septic system. Always on time, reasonable cost and good service. Today, the driver noticed we had a new driveway and he figured our another way to access the tanks besides parking on the drive. Clearly didn't have to, but he did.

This was going above and beyond by a provider whose service presumably a lot of folks take for granted- but this company doesn't. I highly recommend them.

They were amazing and worked tirelessly to access the proper portal to get rid of the blockage. My home is older and has thin pipes. They were finally able to clear it through the kitchen sink and saved me tons of money by not having to hire a plumber to replace the pipes. Thanks guys!

We contacted Smilie's at 2:30 on the Friday before Labor Day due to a plugged septic system. They were out within the hour, were SUPER friendly, very informative and removed the blockage and pumped our tank in a couple of hours. Could not be more pleased with the service they provide!

I want to give them a big shout out for helping me out when I thought our lift station was out. The responded almost immediately. Very helpful ended up being our problem was9 electrical and we got it fixed but they had someone scheduled to come out right away.

The BEST sewer service, by far, in Forest Lake. Smilie's Sewer Service charged me two hundred less than their local competitors to pump my septic tank.
They were very friendly and professional.They also checked my septic tank to make sure it was up to par. Call the rest for a quote and then call Smilie's Sewer Service...
I'm happy, I did, and I have an extra two hundred in my wallet... I also told my friends and family and they were happy and satisfied with their service too.
