Guardian Restoration remodeled my whole house after I had a major flood and they were the most professional and perfect in the whole process. Everything was done perfectly and on time. My home experienced sewage water damage...I utilized Guardian Services for my home restoration. Mr.Rick was my assigned site manager..very helpful responsive and friendly. I LIKED my house before now I LOVE my house...brand new kitchen bathroom design good quality materials good value. Prior to leaving company..Mr Levi was my project manager and he provided fair pricing for my home grades. I would recommend Guardian Restoration with Mr Rick as site manager...😊

We had a roof leak and this caused water damage in our laundry room and kitchen. This caused mold and we called Guardian Restoration and Joe Travis came out and gave us a quote on the mold removal and clean up. He had to remove half of the ceiling in the laundry room and part in the kitchen. The walls between the kitchen and laundry room and the wall with the circuit breakers. They removed it without making a mess and removed all of the mold. They were so professional that we decided to get a quote on putting wall, ceilings, floors, painting,and fixtures done. Tiffany Howard was our Project Manager @ Guardian. Tiffany was responsive, professional, & efficient in dealing with city officials (e.g. permitting) & all he red tape that involves. It was a complicated situation owing to flood water damage & our initial involvement with another company. Tiffany navigated this process with excellent proficiency, communicating with us throughout this process. Because our situation & objectives changed, we did not proceed with the refurbishment. Can't go wrong choosing this business! Very professional and courteous, excellent overall experience. Joe was amazing and gave us all the information we needed. Joe Travis is the BEST in the business! We spoke to him about a relative who lives in Florida and Joe was extremely knowledgeable. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions, and showed a level of care and understanding I have not been able to find elsewhere. They replied immediately, effectively and helped guide me through our insurance claim. Company quality starts at the top of an organization and Chris Burke stands behind his companies work.
